Once upon a time…

I got the pleasure of attending the White House News Press Association, 85th Awards dinner this past saturday night, thanks to someone cancelling at friday at 3pm. It was amazing.

Photographers, videographers or rather thought about how they put themselves in harms way to take the photos that we see, Andrea Bruce won the "Photographer of the Year", she's won a few times actually. Listening to her speak about the lives that she captured on film is just as compelling as her photos. Always including silliness, I have to admit Bush has given them quite a bit of comedy as well over the last year, I missed out on the photo of him not opening the door while in China.

I met a few of the photographers including: John Harrington and William Foster. Check them out!

They are fellow gadget/web geeks even near/at the White House that can throw down some pizza at 2:30am at Pizza Mart, accept no subsitutions. In case you wanted more photos

I was gonna say “Ooh, very fancy”. I mean, look at you in your posh frock, hob-nobbing with these people … and then I saw the hoooooooj pizzas that you’re all gorging on while still wearing your finery. That reduced the ‘fanciness quotient’ but still, it looks like a great night!
